All Platform content is the intellectual property of VenomCharts. You are granted a limited, non-transferable personal use license only.
We collect only your name, email, and chart images for analysis. Charts are sent to Anthropic for AI processing and not permanently stored. We never sell your data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VenomCharts and its owners from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, trading decisions, or violation of these Terms.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VENOMCHARTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY FINANCIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED 3 MONTHS OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FEES.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to jury trial and class action participation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.

When you upload a chart it is converted to base64 in your browser, sent via HTTPS to our server, forwarded to Anthropic Claude AI, analysis returned to you, then the image is discarded. We do not permanently store chart images.
Anthropic processes images per their privacy policy. Do not upload images with sensitive personal data beyond chart information.
All payments handled by Stripe which is PCI-DSS compliant. VenomCharts never sees your card number or CVV. We receive only a payment confirmation token. Payment records retained 7 years per tax law.
We use only essential cookies for authentication and preferences. We do NOT use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Ad cookies, or Behavioral tracking of any kind.
No digital security is 100% guaranteed. In the event of a breach we will notify you within 72 hours.
